Davidson Grant would like to be your trusted partner in designing, engineering, and building your new home, renovation, or custom addition.

We are not a residential new home builder per say. Yes, we still do new home construction, but mostly because a client requests it. Our business is very much relationship based, and we want to be there to assist our friends and partners with your project needs.

We do a lot of residential renovations, however. Our legacy was founded in the residential construction industry, and its important to our founder to assist customers with the challenges associated with smaller projects. We know how hard it is to find a responsible contractor for a small project.
